Ontario Radish And Boston Lettuce Salad

Serves 2


2 tsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp olive oil

1 head torn Boston lettuce, washed well and spun dry

3 large radishes (or 6 small), julienned

¼ cup walnuts, toasted lightly and chopped

Preparation: In a large bowl whisk together the lemon juice, the oil, salt and pepper to taste until the dressing is emulsified, add the lettuce, the radishes, and the walnuts, and toss the salad well. Adapted from Gourmet, 1993.
