Ontario Bok Choy

2 baby bok choy
½ tbsp vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, mincedPreparation:
Trim base of each bok choy; cut in half lengthwise. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; fry garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
