Ontario Bok Choy

Serves 2

Ingredients:

2 baby bok choy

½ tbsp vegetable oil

1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation: Trim base of each bok choy; cut in half lengthwise. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; fry garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add bok choy and 1½ tbsp water; cover and steam until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Adapted from Canadian Living Magazine, 2005.
