Lemon - Garlic Swiss Chard

Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp minced garlic

12 cups Swiss chard, chopped

2 tbsp water

1 ½ tsp lemon juice

4 tsp parmesan cheese

1/8 tsp black pepper

Preparation: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add garlic; sauté 2 minutes or until garlic begins to brown. Add Swiss chard and 2 tablespoons water to pan; cook 3 minutes or until chard wilts. Stir in lemon juice and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Adapted from Cooking light, January 2013.
