Honey Topped Ontario French Breakfast Radish Tartines

1-2 medium slices bread (Rye or Pumpernickel suggested)

1-2 tbsp Fromage Frais or Greek Yogurt

~ 5 French Radishes, thinly sliced

1 tbsp honey

Preparation: Spread the Fromage Frais or Greek Yogurt completely onto the bread, add sliced radishes, drizzle with honey and enjoy! (Note: you can also use cream cheese with this recipe, but it is suggested you cut out or reduce the honey to counter-balance the sweetness of the cream cheese.)
