Green Bean And Pepper Salad

Ingredients:

1 red, yellow or orange pepper, sliced

1/2lb green beans

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp wine or rice vingear

1/6 cup vegetable oil

Pepper to taste



Preparation:
Set a pot of water to boil and top and tail green beans. Add beans to boiling water and boil until tender but still crunchy (about 3 minutes). Meanwhile, prepare the vinaigrette (whisk all ingredients together in a bowl). When beans are done, drain, then mix in a bow with the pepper slices and vinaigrette, serve immediately or chill beans and peppers in the fridge for a few hours and serve cold (add dressing just before serving).
