Buttery and delicate these scallops are a real treat! Not to be confused with the smaller bay scallop, these sea scallops have a sweeter flavour.

High in iron and B12, they also provide a great source of omega 3 fatty acids.

Try them grilled to keep it simple, sauteed with some butter and garlic, or the classic indulgence - wrapped in bacon.

For best results, thaw in the fridge overnight and use within 2 days.
