These little baby greens are small but mighty! According to researchers at Johns Hopkins University, just 5 grams of broccoli sprouts contain concentrations of the compound glucoraphanin (a powerful cancer-fighting compound) equal to that found in 150 grams of mature broccoli. And the best part is, they’re super easy to pile on a sandwich or mix into a salad.

These living greens should be kept in their packaging and stored in the fridge upright. Its best to keep them in the crisper or on the shelf as its slightly warmer there - and a more ideal termparture for your greens!
