This Week's Bread: Double Fermented Multi-Grain
A rustic rye bread flavourful multigrain. The grains are fermented for 24 hours to develop deep flavour and extract the malt flavour hidden in the grain. They are then blended with whole grain flour to make dough and fermented for a further 18 hours.
