These perogies are as fresh as you can get, using the Sosnicki farm's own homegrown veggies as ingredients whenever possible. The idea was to blend the recipes of their Polish and Ukrainian families using only the best ingredients. It takes a crew of 10 to 12 people to craft these handmade Perogies. Stella (89) and Anna (92) lead the team and look forward to crafting these gems whenever possible. The Sosnicki kids are involved too (mostly as the head samplers!). Starting out with making small batches and selling at Farmers Markets, we are very pleased that they are now sharing them with Mama Earth! Proudly certified by Pro-Cert Organic Systems ltd.
To serve: Pan fry in a little coconut oil for a couple minutes per side, till golden. Or cover and steam on low heat from frozen on a bed of rendered down onions.
