Wild Haddock is a lean fish that hails from the North Atlantic! Its got a mildly sweet flavour with tender flakes and is a great alternative for those who usually don’t like fish.
Haddock is an excellent source of B vitamins, particularly B12 (it has the daily recommended amont of B12 in one serving and then some!).
Try it baked, broiled or pan-fried, being careful not to overcook as it's quite delicate. It's also excellent battered and is often used for fish and chips!
Each order contains 2 portions. These pieces will vary in shape and size depending on the cut. For best results, thaw in the fridge overnight and use within 2 days. While Fisherfolk tries their best to remove all of the bones from every fillet, sometimes a couple may slip through.
