Showcasing our favourite Fisherfolk catch, these burgers will easily become your new favourite. Already packed full of flavour, simply pair with a fresh bun and aioli for the complete burger or add to some fresh greens and veg for a delicious salad.    

Keep in freezer until ready to enjoy. Can be kept in the freezer for 3-6 months.

Cooking Instruction: Cook from frozen in a 400°F oven for 30-45 minutes or pan sear, until reaches a temperature of atleast 158°F. Can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days after it's cooked.
