These two complementary ingredients create a sea salted butter that is well balanced and flavourful. All Emerald Grasslands salted butter is carefully barrel-churned to 84% butterfat at Alliston Creamery.
The cream is sourced and segregated exclusively from their three Organic partner-farms in Southern Ontario. Emerald Grasslands is committed to supporting and sourcing milk from farms that utilize regenerative organic land management and animal welfare practices. It is these farming practices that help create the remarkably flavoured, nutritious and vibrant yellow butter - while also restoring health to the soil beneath each pasture.
