Of all the things Chef Kurt brought back from his time cooking in San Francisco, his Cioppino recipe is by far our favourite.

This tasty seafood stew is made using some of our Fisherfolk favourites in an epic tomato-y broth (his secret ingredient is a scratch made seafood stock). It’s hearty enough on its own, but pairs beautifully with some crusty sourdough bread (another San Fran favourite)!
