Enoki mushrooms have long and thin stems with very tiny tops. They have a mild flavour and are slightly crunchy. They can be eaten raw or cooked. They are commonly found in Asian cuisine and are excellent accents to salads sandwiches, pasta sauces and soups.
Handling & Storage Tips
These keep best in a paper bag in the refrigerator. If stored this way they can be expected to last up to 8 days.
