Mary Waldner, owner and founder of Mary’s Organic, started the business in 1999, after spending years baking gluten-free goodies and snacks for her own consumption, as well as for friends and family. Today, the company manufactures a variety of organic, gluten-free and vegan crackers, pretzels, and cookies, in a dedicated, gluten-free facility in California.
