These meaty mushrooms are a great flavour booster in many dishes. They contain significant amounts of protein, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and B vitamins. They also also contain lentinan, which has cancer-preventing properties.
Best stored in the refrigerator, in a loosely closed paper bag. Like most mushrooms, these guys will shrink a bit the longer they're kept, so they're best enjoyed within 4 days of receiving them!
