Cilantro has an aromatic grassy, mildly lemony flavour. It blends beautifully with both sweet and savoury dishes. It resembles parsley but the leaves are softer and more aromatic.
Keep this living cilantro in the fridge and consume within a few days for optimal freshness.
These plants are densely seeded, so need to be thinned before replanting (not recommended as this might damage the roots).
