How It All Started

We're always trying to build out the local food system and so last year we decided to build our own state of the art kitchen as a natural extension of our farm fresh products. (It was like grocery shopping when you're hungry, nothing was off limits). Mama's Kitchen started with a team of top-notch chefs and experts creating dishes from scratch each morning in the spirit of home cooking.

Today we sell over 2,000 items each week from a selection of over 80 products with new items added weekly. Our members enjoy our signature salads, prepped produce and baked goods as well as our prepared soups, mains, sides, deli and fresh pantry essentials.

A Day in the Kitchen

Our chefs start bright and early at 6am to prep, cook and bake fresh from scratch (with love) each day. Once prepared, our dishes are packaged, packed and loaded into our vans to be delivered to your door the very same day.

Our Process

Built on the spirit of Mama Earth's relationships and connections to our farms, our chefs develop fresh and seasonal prepared meals, salads and snacks. They're all made fresh from scratch and delivered straight to your door. We start with mother nature and seasons as our guide – making the best and unique vegetarian products (with lots of vegan options) based on the local seasons. We test over half a dozen dishes every week and select only the best to be road-tested on our long haul routes to be sure they're hardy enough for delivery. We listen to our members (you!) to come up with new ideas, improve existing ones and bring back old favourites.
