Lunar Rhythm Gardens was an idea born on the road to Montreal. Jessica Foote had quit her job in the dairy industry, taken a farm business management course, and had wrapped up a 3-month interneship at a farm south of London. The idea was cemented in 2008, her childhood neighbour rented her the land, she had a business plan, and the first seeds were sown in 2009. Whenever she has a chance, Jessica's preference is to work the land with her horses, rather than tractor. She is certified organic by Pro-Cert.
