What day will you deliver?

Depends on your postal code – you can find the likely delivery day for your postal code here. When you sign-up, we'll tell you which day we think you’ll receive your order, but our customer service team will look at your account within 24 hours of sign-up and get back to you if the delivery day is different from what it says on registration.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Get in touch and we’ll give it a shot. We optimize our delivery route to help reduce our carbon footprint and keep our costs manageable. So that makes it tough to accommodate specific time requests. We’ll certainly try our best, but just can’t promise. If you want to check when your order will be delivered, you can contact us and we will see if we can give you an estimated arrival time for that week. Note too that you don't have to be home at the time of delivery.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free for everyone in Toronto and many communities within 50km of Toronto (as long as your order is $30 or more - otherwise we charge $2.50). For deliveries farther away, we charge a small delivery fee (typically $3.50) for orders under $75 and offer free deliveries for orders over $75. If you have a delivery fee, you'll see it listed in your Order Summary. We hate delivery fees but we need to charge something to cover the costs and ensure we can pay our drivers fairly.

Why is there a delivery fee for some communities and not others?

The cost to deliver is different depending on where you live. If you live near our warehouse (in East York) the cost is a lot lower. But if you live further away, the cost to deliver to you is much higher. We really don't like charging for delivery but as we started serving more communities, we felt it was the best way to keep the service sustainable.

What if I’m not home when you deliver?

No problemo. Most of our customers aren’t home for delivery. We deliver your order to your doorstep or your preferred location. Your deliver comes in an airtight rubbermaid container. On hot days, it maintains a cool temperature for at least four hours. On freezing cold days, the container is also able to stop the produce and food from freezing for a few hours. So, you’ll have fresh organic produce at your door when you arrive home!

Can I put my delivery on hold?

For sure! You can skip anywhere from 1-12 weeks by going to the My Account section and clicking “Skip a Week”. If you want to put your account on hold longer, email or call and we’ll help you out.

What time will you deliver?

Between 1 and 8 pm. Your delivery will generally be the same time each week and just depends on where you fall in our driver's route.
