Whenever we talk about Gordon’s Goat Dairy our faces light up. They’re everything you’d imagine, when you think about a family farm. They have tremendous passion for their business and make all their cheeses from scratch--right back to raising the goats to produce the milk, they deliver the cheese to us personally, they write us thoughtful notes, and they’re the lovely and cheerful people to work with. Gordon (of the famed farm’s name), his wife Bethany, and their son, Jeremy are all committed to producing the best goat’s cheese in Ontario, right down to growing all the crops they feed to their “girls”, as they call them. Their goats are healthy and happy, having unlimited outdoor access in the summer and loose housing, in general, year round. Practicing a farm to table approach is what this family is truly all about.

Our story

Gordon's Goat Dairy is a small, family run farm business started in 1999 by farmers Gordon, Bethany and their son Jeremy. We began our business originally by milking goats but that proved unprofitable.

We then switched to goat cheese production in 2010 in our licensed on farm plant. The milk used to produce our cheese is harvested from our own goats which are fed hormone and GMO-free crops grown on our farm. It is then low-temperature pasteurized and handled gently to ensure a wholesome, fresh, creamy product. We think you’ll love it!
