To me, a Ragu is the essence of commitment. Patience is the key and the Italians do it best!  Our version is jammed with vitamin B rich fungi and requires hours of simmering to reach Ragu status. Add some polenta and parmesan and life is good!
 
Keep refrigerated until you are ready to enjoy. Made fresh daily using the best organic ingredients in Mama's Kitchen. Best consumed within 4 days.
 
Heating instructions: Remove lid, place in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until warm.
