Broiled Grapefruit with Yogurt & Granola

6 Tbsp Raw or Brown Sugar
Pinch Ginger
Pinch Cinnamon/span>
Dash Sea Salt
  Greek Yogurt

To make simply:

Preheat broiler.

Make the bases of your grapefruit flat so they don’t roll around: slice off about 1/2 inch of the peel on the base end and the stem end of each grapefruit. Then slice each grapefruit in half down the middle.

Place grapefruit halves face-down on paper towel for five minutes to absorb excess moisture. In a small bowl, mix sugar, ginger, cinnamon and salt. Place grapefruit halves face up on a rimmed baking sheet.

Sprinkle each halve with the sugar mix, using about 1 Tbsp per halve.

Broil for 7-10 minutes, until sugar is melted and turning a deep amber. Serve warm or at room temperature with a big dollop of yogurt (swirl in honey if you’d like) and a handful of granola.
