If an item you receive arrives spoiled, or if you are dissatisfied with the quality in any way, we guarantee to refund what you think is the fair cost of that item.

If you're paying by cheque each week and subtract the amount that you think is fair off your next payment. If you're paying by credit card, call or e-mail us to let us know the appropriate amount that should be discounted for the upcoming week. If you don't feel like e-mailing or calling, leave a note in your empty box, and we'll make sure you're compensated the following week.
