To create a never send list:

1. Sign into your account
2. Select “Preferences” on the left side of the screen under My Account
3. Use the drop-down menu beside the item and change to “Never Send”
4. Makes as many changes as you wish and hit “Submit”

If an item from your Never Send list is offered in your basket, it will be substituted out the day before delivery at no charge.
